Welcome to our Sports Center
Welcome to Van der Valk Sport Center! Both members and hotel guests may use our facilities. Members can register with their membership card. Hotel guests can report to the sports desk with their room card. Van der Valk Sport Center is suitable for young and old. Experienced and expert instructors are constantly present for your guidance. In addition to individual fitness training, we offer a range of group classes. There is a catering section to enjoy a drink or snack after exercising. Also on location: a physiotherapist and a solarium. You can participate in unlimited group lessons and free fitness for €41.50 per month. When signing up for all-in sports (INCL. EGYM!), you receive a €5 euro discount per month. So ALL-IN sports is available from €56.50 per month! Hotel guests can use the facilities of the Van der Valk Sport Center for free (Excl. E Gym). If hotel guests would like to use our E Gym, you can settle €5 per training at the sports desk.
EGYM
Many people find it difficult to start with fitness. They often don't know what to do and start without a clear plan. This can lead to stagnating progress or even injuries. With EGYM's smart devices, that is a thing of the past. EGYM offers athletes both preventive and curative support, as training programs and settings are automatically created and recorded on all devices. This is based on strength tests, measurements, and personal strength, condition, flexibility, and body composition.
Hybride Training
Do you have specific training goals focused on slimming down, muscle building, and/or sport-specific strength training? At Valk Sport Center, you have the opportunity to be guided by a certified exercise specialist. Together with you, we will look at your fitness goals and wishes, and a plan with realistic training goals will be drawn up for the period you specify. During the guidance process, advice will be provided on both training and nutrition.
Group lessons
In our Sport Center, we pay a lot of attention to live group lessons. Our experienced and passionate instructors allow you to participate in a sporting challenge through various programs!

LES MILLS
Bodybalance, Bodypump, Bodycombat, Core and Grit.
CLASSES "FREESTYLE"
Zumbo, Spinning, Aerobics, Circuit Training and Body-flexibility.
Fit-Box / P.T.
In the FIT BOX, we offer various 'small group' training sessions. Small group training means that the group size varies between 8 and a maximum of 16 participants. You receive maximum personal attention because you train in a small group. The instructor pushes you to a higher level and beyond! Prefer Personal Training? Check here the possibilities. Bar & Bites
After exercising, enjoy some time....
The Sport Center offers you the opportunity to have a drink at the bar after exercising, with or without some cake or snacks. You can also have lunch or dinner at the Sport Center.
See here the options for a lunch. From 5:00 PM, you can order dishes from our evening menu.
Physiotherapy
Van der Valk Sport Center collaborates with two renowned physiotherapy practices, namely Snijders Fysiotherapie and 4Fysio.
When Physical Therapy?
Complaints with which patients come to a physiotherapist are very diverse. This can range from pain complaints, difficulty with or limitations in movement to loss of strength, reduced fitness and breathing problems.
Subscriptions & registration
If you want to become a member of our Sport Center, you can choose from various subscriptions; You can sign up for an all-inclusive subscription starting at € 56,50 per month. There are also various upgrade options available.
