In our Sport Center, we pay a lot of attention to live group lessons. Our experienced and passionate instructors let you participate in a sporting challenge through Les Mills programs! For all Les Mills and Free Style programs, a class is renewed every 3 months with new music and new choreography.

BODYBALANCE
BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout where you build flexibility and strength. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, movements and postures to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BODY PUMP
BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups using the best strength exercises, such as squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, professional instructors, and your own choice of weight inspire you to achieve the results you are striving for.
BODYCOMBAT
BODYCOMBAT is the powerful cardio workout where you completely let loose. This fierce and energetic program is inspired by Eastern martial arts and draws from a wide range of disciplines, such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. Supported by good music and an enthusiastic and skilled instructor, you punch, kick, and kata your way through the class and burn a lot of calories.
CORE
CORE is a 30-minute group class focused on strengthening your core (torso, abdomen, back, hips, buttocks) with varying intensity through options and the use of body weight, resistance bands, and weights, ideal for quick results, injury prevention, and a stronger foundation for other sports.
GRIT
GRIT is Strength is a high-intensity interval training of 30 minutes. You are pushed to the limit and beyond! You train with a barbell, weight plates, and your own body weight. You receive maximum personal attention because you train in a small group. With the coach who works out with you on the workout floor and motivates you and the team, you will be amazed at how hard you can train. And best of all: you achieve the results you are looking for.
ZUMBA & AEROBICS
ZUMBA is the perfect combination of fitness and fun, where you dance to rhythms inspired by Latin American music. This interval training improves your fitness and burns calories. Every class feels like a party and is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience.e perfecte combinatie van fitness en plezier, waarbij je danst op ritmes geïnspireerd op Latijns-Amerikaanse muziek. AEROBICS is a varied, intense workout that pushes you to get the most out of yourself. You actively work on your fitness and fat burning.
SPINNING
SPINNING is an intensive group workout on a spinning bike. You cycle to music and follow the trainer's instructions, who indicates speed and resistance. During the class, you alternate between fast cycling, climbing (heavy resistance), and recovery moments. The goal is to improve your fitness, burn calories, and strengthen your leg muscles. Suitable for all levels, as you can adjust the resistance yourself. Just enjoy sweating and burning calories to energetic music!
CIRCUIT-TRAINING XL
CIRCUIT-TRAINING XL is a circuit training is a 30-minute workout aimed at improving our daily functionality. In circuit form, there are eight exercises that focus on maintaining the right posture and improving muscle strength and endurance. The XL variant is more intensive than the regular Circuittraining. In this 45-minute class, you will be pushed to your limits even more.
BODYFLEXIBILITY
BODYFLEXIBILITY is a training to become more limber and flexible. This is your solution! Under the guidance of an instructor, work on your flexibility for 30 minutes.
If you've never done BODYBALANCE before, then BODYFLEXIBILITY is a great introduction to this discipline and a good complement to all other sports.
You do simple and safe yoga movements to make your entire body more flexible. Controlling your breathing is part of all movements, and the instructor always offers options for beginner participants.
