Do you have specific training goals focused on slimming down, building muscle, and/or sport-specific strength training? At Valk Sport Center, you have the opportunity to be guided by a certified movement expert. Together with you, we look at your goals and desires within fitness and establish a plan with realistic training goals for the period you specify. During the guidance process, advice is provided both in the area of training and nutrition.

1-on-1 training Personal training is a 1-on-1 training where the focus is on achieving your set objectives. There are many advantages to training with a personal trainer. The most important benefit is that results are achieved quickly through a tailor-made training program. The trainer focuses on motivating and encouraging you, driving you to get the best out of yourself. As a result, the outcome of each training session comes ever closer. You will notice changes both physically and mentally.

During the training, safe exercising is central. The trainer will correct you if the technique is incorrect and teach proper postures so that you improve your posture both while exercising and during daily activities. This way, injuries are prevented, and you exercise in a responsible and safe way.

Members:

PT rates:

6 sessions of 30 minutes € 181,-

12 sessions of 30 minutes € 327,-

18 sessions of 30 minutes € 443,-

Non-members:

JEAN KOSTJENS

I am Jean Kostjens, and I have more than 24 years of experience as an instructor in the sports and fitness world! Plenty of experience, in other words... Over the years, I have seen many changes in our industry; innovations and improvements all around.

Since childhood, my interest has been in sports, particularly football. Unfortunately, during puberty, I frequently dealt with injuries, which shifted my focus to fitness. I enjoyed it so much that I later made it my career! I have always had a great interest in the functioning of the human body, especially the trainable aspect of it. What you train becomes better.

I derive great satisfaction from guiding/training people and find that the combination of sports, sports massage, and nutrition bears a lot of fruit. As a personal trainer, I think it's important that you can optimize your participant for training; in other words, a good basic technique is essential. Start at the beginning and continue to improve. Let participants feel what good movement entails so they become aware of their own way of moving. I always use the slogan: ‘movement is good, but moving well is better’
