In this area, you can work on your fitness, strength, and flexibility under the guidance of a personal trainer. Besides being functional, the workouts are also intense by nature. In the FIT BOX, we offer various 'small group' training sessions. Small group training means that the group size varies between 8 and a maximum of 16 participants. You receive maximum personal attention because you are training in a small group. The instructor pushes you to a higher level and beyond! The training sessions we offer are:

Circuit training: A 30-minute workout aimed at improving our daily functioning. In circuit form, eight exercises are performed focusing on having the right posture and improving muscle strength and endurance.

Circuit training XL: A 45-minute workout aimed at improving our daily functioning. In circuit form, eight exercises are performed focusing on having the right posture and improving muscle strength and endurance. Besides the standard circuit principle, interim rounds (cardio) and/or a stretch round at the end are added to the workout.

HIIT Power: A 45-minute class where you alternate very intense strength efforts with cardio followed by short pauses of a few seconds. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. With the coach who trains with you on the workout floor and motivates you and the team, you'll be amazed at how hard you can train. And the best part: you achieve the results you are looking for.

Abs Fifteen: The name gives a lot away, a 15-minute abdominal workout. Oblique, straight abdominal muscles, and back muscles are triggered in this short workout. Ideal to combine before or after a workout.

Personal training: In addition to group training sessions, personal training will also be available in this area for an extra fee. Ideal for people with specific goals aimed at weight reduction, muscle mass building, improvement of daily activities, or improvement in a specific sport.
