Meetings & Events Desk
Our 046 Meetings & Events desk is staffed on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. At our desk, you can ask for assistance or address any inquiries; our staff will be happy to help! Outside of these hours, we can be reached at +31 6 14 32 28 63 or via the hotel reception.

Assistance Required
For any questions or assistance (e.g., using audiovisual equipment), we are available in various ways. You can reach us by phone at +31 6 14 32 28 63. Guests on the 1st floor can contact us by phone or WhatsApp by sending a message with the room name and your question. Guests on the 2nd floor can press the assistance button on the room’s display. Our staff is happy to assist you!

Keycard
At the start of your meeting, you will receive a keycard. With this keycard, you can open and close the meeting rooms. Instructions are provided on the keycard.

Room Amenities
In the meeting rooms on the first floor, you can control the blinds and climate settings. On the second floor, these can be controlled via the display in the room. Our staff is happy to explain how everything works.

Meeting Kit
We have put together special meeting kits for you, containing all the essentials for your meeting. These kits are equipped with markers, flip chart pens, scissors, tape, magnets, a stapler, and Post-its.

Breakout Rooms
Need an extra space for a breakout session during your meeting? Our staff will gladly inform you about the options.

Lounges
Throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening, we offer fresh fruit, sweets, and/or a warm snack in our lounges for our meeting guests. During breaks, you can enjoy coffee, tea, flavored water, and soft drinks. Would you like something extra, like local pastries or sandwiches during the breaks? You can request these at the 046 Meetings & Events desk or from one of our staff members.

Internet
You can use our Wi-Fi network free of charge and without any limits.

Audiovisual Equipment
Our rooms are equipped with the latest technological facilities. The use of the LCD TV and flip chart, along with paper and markers, is included with the room. Additional audiovisual equipment, such as sound systems, can be requested based on availability.

Wireless Presenting
All our rooms are equipped with Airtame. Airtame wirelessly connects your computer screen to the display. Airtame is the ideal way to keep your workspace cable-free. Our staff will be happy to explain how it works.

Polycom Studio Camera
Polycom Studio is an easy-to-manage USB/USB-C video bar with an intelligent camera and integrated soundbar. It is plug-and-play and can be quickly set up in both small and large meeting rooms without IT support. You will need to open your own Teams or Zoom account. The 4K camera ensures sharp images, and the automatic group framing ensures every participant is clearly visible. Our staff will gladly explain how it works.

Technical Support
Our staff is always available during your event. Do you need help with the projector or have other questions? You can reach us at +31 6 14 32 28 63. If you need technical assistance throughout your entire meeting, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

Copy Service
At our 046 Meetings & Events office, you can use our (paid) copy service. Printing is available in both color and black and white, at a cost of €0.20 per page.

Emergencies
All emergency exits are clearly marked in the hallways and equipped with emergency lighting. In case of emergencies, please report immediately to our 046 Meetings & Events desk or the hotel reception. Always follow the instructions of our emergency responders during an emergency.

HOTEL FACILITIES

Bar
End your meeting or meeting with a drink in our atmospheric bar in HOOM. Ask about our special beverage packages. Open daily from 09:00 - 00:00.

Buffet restaurant
In our buffet restaurant, you can enjoy an extensive breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner buffet with live cooking.

  • Breakfast: Monday to Friday, 06:30-10:30
  • Breakfast: Saturday and Sunday, 07:00-11:00
  • Lunch: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) 12:00-13:30
  • Sunday Brunch: 12:30-15:00
  • Dinner: Friday and Saturday, 18:00-21:00
  • Dinner on Sundays: 17:30-20:00

Business Center
Van der Valk Hotel Stein-Urmond is proud to own a distinctive building located just behind the hotel. Under the name Van der Valk Business Center Stein, it serves as a hub where various companies or freelancers can establish themselves. Our 046 Meetings & Events team will be happy to inform you about the options.

Hotel
Our hotel has 166 rooms at 4-star level. The rooms are equipped with all comforts.

  • Check in from 3 pm
  • Check out before 12:00 noon
  • Extensive breakfast between 06:30 and 10:30 in our buffet restaurant (Mon – Fri)
    07:00 and 11:00 in our buffet restaurant (Sa-So)

Parking
When entering through the barriers, you will receive a parking ticket from the machine, and your license plate will be scanned. If you park for less than 4 hours, you can exit freely, and the barrier will open automatically. This is especially convenient if you are loading the car or using one of our restaurants. Guests of 046 Meetings & Events can scan their parking ticket at the desk for all-day access. After scanning, the barrier will open when you leave.
You can charge your electric vehicle at one of our charging points.

RestaurantHOOM
Our à la carte restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily, featuring a varied menu with local and seasonal dishes. The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 to 22:00.

Sport Center
Relax and unwind at the Van der Valk Sport Center. This 1,200 m² facility is equipped with high-quality equipment. Hotel guests can work out for free or join one of the group classes. Expert and experienced instructors are available for guidance.

Team Building
In addition to sports, the Van der Valk Sport Center also offers various team-building activities, such as Bootcamp and Spinning sessions, or healthy cooking combined with exercise.

Event Rooms
Hotel Stein Urmond specializes in both business and festive gatherings. Our 19 multifunctional rooms, ranging from 30 to 610 m², can accommodate groups from 2 to 750 people. From meetings to exhibitions, our professional team is ready to help organize a successful event.
