Let yourself be swept away to the warm, authentic flavors of Italy during our Italian buffet. A culinary experience full of tradition, passion, and pure ingredients, where each course reminds you of long evenings in the sun-drenched regions of la bella Italia.
You will be festively received with an Italian aperitif. Then you can enjoy the specialties below.
Bread corner & antipasti
Start your evening with an extensive selection of Italian bread types such as pull-apart bread, focaccia, ciabatta and crispy grissini. These are served with aioli, pesto, and olive-tomato tapenade. Among the antipasti, you will find marinated mushrooms, prosciutto with melon, tramezzini with tuna salad, and bruschetta. We also present a selection of fine cold cuts such as Spinata Romana, salami, mortadella, and coppa di Parma. Olives with sun-dried tomatoes are not missing either.
Soups
Start the evening with a classic minestrone or choose a light, flavorful vegetable broth.
Cold appetizers
Discover a refined selection of Italian starters. Enjoy fish carpaccio, a fresh shrimp salad, or insalata di mare. We also serve smoked trout, a salad with marinated prawns and mango, and various carpaccios, including a variant with truffle mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and a vegetarian carpaccio of chioggia beet with goat cheese. You will also find classics such as mozzarella with vine tomatoes and basil, served with matching sauces such as cocktail sauce.
Salads & fresh bites
Our salad buffet offers a fresh variety with, among others, a mixed salad with tomato and cucumber, pasta salad, Caprese salad, potato salad, and Caesar salad. Ideal as a light start or as a complement to the hot dishes.
Live Cooking – freshly prepared before your eyes
Our chefs prepare the finest Italian dishes à la minute. Choose from lamb chop or steak, served with pepper sauce or mushroom sauce.
For fish lovers, there are baked salmon fillet, cod, and prawns, accompanied by sauces such as white wine sauce, pesto, or creamy Parmesan sauce.
Additionally, fresh tagliatelle is prepared in a large Grana Padano cheese, and we bake pizzas from our stone oven, including mini calzones.
Hot dishes & side dishes
Be tempted by a selection of warm Italian classics. Enjoy slow-cooked pork belly, piccata al limone (tender sirloin with lemon and capers), vegetarian cannelloni, and lasagna with beef. We also serve leg of lamb with mashed potatoes, olives, and ricotta.
As side dishes you will find, among others, warm mixed vegetables, new potatoes with rosemary and garlic from the oven, sautéed mushrooms with zucchini and oregano, and creamy polenta.
For the youngest guests
We have also thought of the children with a special children's buffet with mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, mini pizzas, fries, and applesauce.
Cheese board
For the cheese lover, we present a richly filled cheese board with, among others, Parmigiano, Fourmé d’Ambert, Trappist cheese, and truffle cheese. Supplemented with nuts and syrup for a perfect flavor combination.
The sweet finale
End the evening with an extensive dessert buffet full of Italian and classic treats. Enjoy various types of scoop ice cream from the ice cart, tiramisu, ricotta cheesecake, panna cotta with fruit coulis, and profiteroles.
Additionally, you will find brownies, carrot cake, chocolate, and white chocolate mousse, fresh fruit salad, and various dessert cakes.
As an absolute finisher: a chocolate fountain with various garnishes and whipped cream.
