HOOM is a nod to the vision of hospitality of founders Martin and Rie van der Valk in 1939. With hard work and a hospitable, home-like approach aiming for a sense of home for their guests. Sustainability

HOOM values sustainability and has an eye for animals and the environment. We work together with suppliers who handle natural resources in a sustainable and responsible manner. Our kitchen brigade mainly uses fresh seasonal products, preferably from the region. Thus, we are affiliated with Fish & Season, which promotes sustainable fish consumption and fishing in the right season.

Opening hours

Lunch: Daily from 11:00 to 17:00
Dinner: Daily from 17:00 to 22:00. The kitchen closes at 22:00
Bar: From Mon to Fri from 08:00 to 00:00. On weekends from 09:00 to 00:00

Bar & terrace

In our house bar there is something for everyone! In the morning you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee here, in the afternoon for a small lunch. Besides non-alcoholic drinks, we serve a wide variety of beers, cocktails, whiskies, and cognac or liqueurs. In winter, you can enjoy a nice drink around the fireplace before going to sleep. In the summer months, you can visit our terrace.
