Start the evening with authentic Asian flavors. Taste our Tom kha kai with crispy onions or the classic Chinese tomato soup with fried noodles. At the cold buffet, you will find a glass noodle salad with mango and shrimp, sushi with soy sauce and wasabi, and surprises like soy-marinated eggs and eggplant with miso. Additionally, we present a rich selection of fresh salads like wakame, kimchi, Japanese coleslaw, sweet and sour bean sprouts, and more.
Hot Dishes
Enjoy crispy snacks like dim sum with chili sauce, gyozas, mini spring rolls, and other vegetarian specialties. At the hot buffet, you will find satay with satay sauce (chicken), vegetable curry with lemongrass, Asian marinated pork belly, and beef in red curry. We also serve flavorful side dishes like sambal beans, nasi, Korean Gamja Bokkeum (sweet soy potatoes), and mushrooms with teriyaki sauce and spring onion. Of course, prawn crackers, sambal, soy sauce, and seroendeng are also available.
Live Cooking
Choose your favorite and see our chefs live in action! Be surprised by rosé roasted duck breast, teppanyaki of beef with vegetables, scampi with sweet chili sauce, salmon with garlic, and sea bream from the grill.

Especially for enthusiasts: wok noodles with pork tenderloin, ginger, and oriental vegetables.
Desserts with an Asian Touch
End the evening with a festive sweet selection: spekkoek, lychees with white chocolate coconut mousse, mango sorbet, Javanese longeur, fried banana, and of course the Thai classic sticky rice with mango.
