Let yourself be taken on a culinary journey through the Alps during our Austrian Buffet. An evening full of hearty specialties, classic dishes and sweet treats that make Austria so famous.

Soups
Start the evening with a fragrant Frittatensuppe – a clear broth with strips of omelette – or taste the rich flavour of an Austrian goulash soup, hearty and warming.

Cold starters
Enjoy refined flavours such as cream pâté, smoked Tyrolean ham and boiled beetroot with goat cheese. Fish lovers can feast on smoked trout and poached salmon.

 Salads & fresh bites
Our salad buffet offers a fresh change: from potato salad and mixed salad to red cabbage salad, a crunchy tomato-cucumber salad, and of course the authentic Austrian white cabbage salad.

Hot dishes
For lovers of savoury snacks there are sausages and of course fries – simple but irresistible.
The buffet serves classic Austrian flavours: Wiener schnitzel, oven-roasted vegetables, fried potatoes, and mushrooms with bacon bits. There are also salmon trout, soft Spätzle, hearty sauerkraut and robust Salzburger beer meat ready for you.

Stone ovens
Discover the Austrian version of pizza: flammkuchen, thin and crispy with a rich topping.

Live Cooking
Our chefs prepare delicious dishes for you live. Choose from a juicy steak with red wine sauce, a tender lamb chop, or salmon with white wine sauce.

Pasta
Taste a special creation: pasta with cheese fondue and vegetables – creamy and full of flavour.

The sweet finale
No Austrian dinner is complete without a festive dessert buffet. Enjoy a cheese board with, among others, Bergkäse, the classic Apfelstrudel with vanilla sauce, or the world-famous Sachertorte with unsweetened cream. In addition, there are Kaiserschmarren, Linzer Torte, warm cherries and of course whipped cream ready for you.
