The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry

Meeting room reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of your meeting.

If the reservation is cancelled after this time, the following rates will be charged:

• 60% of the total reservation value if cancelled within 4 weeks before the activity date
• 85% of the total reservation value if cancelled within 2 weeks before the activity date
• 100% of the total reservation value if cancelled within 1 week before the activity date

 You can change the final number of people up to 5 working days before the start of your meeting.

You can change up to 5% of the above number up to 24 hours before the start of your meeting. If we do not receive any changes in numbers, the first number of persons reserved will be charged to you. Cancellations and / or changes must be made in writing.

Group reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 months before the start of your reservation.

If the reservation is cancelled or adjusted after this time, the following rates will be charged:

• 15% of the total reservation value if cancelled within 3 months before the starting date
• 35% of the total reservation value if cancelled within 2 months before the starting date
• 60% of the total reservation value if cancelled within 1 month before the starting date
• 85% of the total reservation value if cancelled within 2 weeks before the starting date
• 100% of the total reservation value if cancelled within 1 week before the starting date

 You can cancel/change up to 10% (with a maximum of 5 rooms) free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations and/or changes must be made in writing.
